superpower

Looking at Butterfly Effect 2, there is indeed a considerable distance from 1. The core is the same, the plot is terrible. But we can still read something in combination with 1.
1 Superpower is like a pie in the sky, not a real pie but a trap. Don't always think about controlling everything, controlling others, you are not God. The only thing you can control is yourself, and that's what you haven't done yet.
2 The butterfly effect seems to be distorted. It seems that a patient who loves to dream is lusting alone, and is intoxicated with saving the world and the world of people around him. To put it bluntly, it is escaping from the world, escaping from reality, being narcissistic, and intoxicated. Hope to dream instead of starting from one's own efforts. Formal channels are always the last word, give up those super powers, give up those crooked ways, or you will ruin yourself. Same as the male protagonist.
