"The Devil in the Heart"

1. I have always been interested in movies on the subject of exorcism. The reason is as the exorcist said in this film. Every exorcism ceremony is different. This sense of unknown has always attracted me. At the same time, I also like horror films in the form of pseudo-documentaries. Although watching too many is boring, I still like the immersive feeling of facing the horror.

2. "The Devil in the Heart" is an exorcism movie filmed with a documentary method. I recognize this idea very much, and it really made the exorcism movie fresh. The several exorcism rituals in the film have a strong sense of presence and create a unique sense of horror.

3. However, as far as storytelling is concerned, the film is slightly simpler, and there is not much change. The most terrible thing is that when the film is reaching a climax and becoming more exciting, the film suddenly ends. It's really unacceptable. What is going on with that lovely girl? Not every story is suitable for an open ending.

4. In the first exorcism, the woman who was possessed by the demon twisted her limbs to an incredible degree, which was really terrifying. I have always believed that the most terrifying object is not the kind of monster with its teeth and claws, but the thing that looks like a person instead of a person.

5. I really like the heroine in the film. Very beautiful and very temperamental.
