I downloaded it last week and watched it last night. I think this is a very good film made in 1991. The protagonist's stern eyes, the gunfight design is clean and crisp. Drag racing takes place on a rainy day. It is about the fight between killing and being killed. The scene where the black policeman was shot on the deserted beach and the wailing of the drug dealer lying on the ground are very vivid. Money can run rampant in a capitalist society; justice still prevails over evil in a capitalist society. But the screenwriter engraved the other side. Drugs are still circulating on the market. The King of New York is just a businessman. One king, fall, another king, rise again. Disturbance one after another, the contest between justice and evil. This society needs police detectives, just like the old police detectives in the film, who are persistent, witty, and don't rush forward.
