Stone Forest VS Fairy Tale Kingdom

The translated title of the movie really left me speechless, and I didn't understand what some translators were thinking. "The Sparrow Becomes a Princess"... a good movie, it happens to be accompanied by such a vulgar name. But having said that, it is also a kind of ability to destroy a work with a name.
Half of the scene in the movie is in Denmark, a country destined to be related to fairy tales.
The other half of the scene is in the United States---------------a stone forest destined to use fairy tales to conceal reality.
This contrast is stunningly beautiful.
Director Martha Kulic combined ordinary campus life and extraordinary royal life in the same film. Perhaps the original intention was to make the film more real through contrast. But it caused the first half and the second half of the film to be out of touch, and the fluency was greatly compromised. The final result is to give the audience the feeling of dividing the same story into two films.
On the other hand, some plot arrangements are too rough. When the heroine was interviewed on the subject of Shakespeare, she suddenly realized that she was talking to herself. Compared with her previous indifferent attitude towards the hero, it was a bit abrupt. In addition, the most typical example is that the work of the Danish paparazzi in the movie seems to be too easy. In real life, the probability that the paparazzi puts the camera in front of the opponent to take a photo, but is not discovered by the person involved, is probably lower than that of the national football team.
But I have to say that the director's speculation on the rendering of the atmosphere and the psychology of the characters is quite accurate. The absent-minded heroes and heroines in the library, their wandering eyes and violently beating hearts, as well as the palpitating little movements under the table....... The longing of the heroes and heroines who fell in love for each other is fully expressed. It also reflects the director's delicate integration of emotions and professionalism in dealing with subtle details.
The heroine is not a Western beauty in the general sense, but she is a talented woman who has been educated in British style. He knows everything about chemistry well, but he can't do anything about the kingdom of love created by Shakespeare with words. She is unique in beauty, and she has no hesitation in beauty. Righteousness does not hesitate to resist sensibility with reason, righteousness does not hesitate to give up feelings to fulfill dreams, and righteousness does not hesitate to be strong and vulnerable.
The protagonist uses the original words in the film to evaluate it as "He's really hot and good-looking." I always think that the man who is described as "hot" must not be simple, no matter whether he depends on his looks or his mind. Although he is not perfect. But he fulfilled the heroine's uneasy love with this. It is precisely because of his imperfection that the Prince Charming, who only exists in the fairy tale, is concretized. Sticking to one thing, even if the way forward is unknown, it takes courage. This is something most people can't play. So I said he is not easy. Luke Meberi, a 20-year-old college student at the age of 30, has a good sense of precision. Although the acting skills need to be strengthened, the added value is such an outstanding skin.
The sound and picture of the whole film corresponded, trying to render a strong fairy tale atmosphere, to some extent it did. It must be admitted that this has a lot to do with the exquisite appearance of the actor Luke Meberi. No way, beautiful things always give people beautiful associations. For a few minutes, I expected the ending of the movie to be unexpected. Unfortunately, in the end it was still "the prince and the princess live a happy life from now on". If I have the right to decide, I hope that the movie will be fixed in the scene where Eddie watched Peggy disappear among thousands of people. Because if life is a gambling game, at least they are dealing cards at that moment.
When dreams shine into reality, we choose to believe in miracles that do not exist. This is the biggest success of this movie.
Turn a boy into a man. It's really an amazing thing. Compared with a strong enough heart, Eddie's once laissez-faire is insignificant. This is the biggest difference between men and women. The public perception is that the body is more important than the mind, and the more important thing for men is the mind, not the body. The most important thing for a woman is her body, even if her heart is empty.
All in all, this film can be regarded as a good choice to relax when you have nothing to do.
The afternoon sun has not been so bright for a long time.

The Prince and Me quotes

  • Eddie: This Saturday evening there's a party at Brenner hall, a gathering. I was wondering if you would like to accompany me?

    Paige: Accompany you?

Eddie: Oh, right, yes, how do you say it colloquially? Um, yo dog, there's a party kicking at my crib if you want to roll down there with me.

Paige: That was just sad, don't ever do that again.

  • Paige: Could you please put a shirt on or something?

Eddie: If you're going to be a doctor, you're going to have to get used to naked men.
