Director Martha Kulic combined ordinary campus life and extraordinary royal life in the same film. Perhaps the original intention was to make the film more real through contrast. But it caused the first half and the second half of the film to be out of touch, and the fluency was greatly compromised. On the other hand, some plot arrangements are too rough. When the heroine was interviewed on the subject of Shakespeare, she suddenly realized that she was talking to herself. It also reflects the director's delicate integration of emotions and professionalism in dealing with subtle details.

The sound and picture of the whole film corresponded, trying to render a strong fairy tale atmosphere, to some extent it did. For a few minutes, I expected the ending of the movie to be unexpected. Unfortunately, in the end it was still "the prince and the princess live a happy life from now on". If I have the right to decide, I hope that the movie will be fixed in the scene where Eddie watched Peggy disappear among thousands of people.
