The plot of this film was triggered by the blue crystals and red crystals developed by Astro Boy’s father and Dr. Chasui,
because of the red crystals with a high risk factor. After being used by an arrogant war lunatic to cause the death of Toby (human Astro Boy), Toby's father went crazy and generally developed Astro Boy and used blue crystals as a source of life power.
The produced Toby obviously did not match his father's imagination. Toby gradually discovered that he was not a human but a robot with magical abilities, but his father gave him all the memories of Toby's life.
