Thoughts on "Romantic Mouse"

After several interruptions, I felt physical discomfort and great malice.

Discomfort 1: The protagonist mouse tried to catch the princess, but at the last moment, his conscience suddenly found out and began to rescue the princess.

This conscience found to be too blunt.

Discomfort 2: Kings and princesses in the human world, what did they do? Make a mistake, then mess up everything, and then lie down and be rescued. The last sentence of sorry is admired by all people?

Discomfort 3: At the end of the movie, the kings and servants of the human world have returned to order, and the mouse world has gained light. What about the mouse world? No confession, oh, the mouse world is not worthy of confession. Wouldn't such hatred be accumulated?

In short, this movie is full of discrimination

1. The looks of the princess and the maid, the maid’s looks are the kind of ugliness that even if she wears a beautiful dress, this girl can’t be a real princess for a lifetime, and finally goes to raise pigs again. The only thing that changes is that she finds it. After returning to her father, she was more stable in the world where she was staying.

2. In the mouse world, a mouse reads the story of a knight and princess in the library, always emphasizing courage, justice, and honor. But I only saw a knight desperately rescuing a princess. Where is justice and honor? It's always verbal, and the movie mentions this point repeatedly. It's really strange. I can't get anything to support this rat doing things. It may be the honor of "good self" in my heart.

3. In the world of mice, are there any good mice besides this one that looks a lot like a mouse? These mice are almost a combination of despicableness and disgusting. They look vulgar, have nasty methods, disgusting food, have no sympathy, and are born evil spirits living in the dark. If these mice represent the "Islamic country" in the eyes of the Americans, then I do feel a great disgust and anger.

Finally, what is the use of a rat named Roscoro successfully being recognized by the mouse world and upper human society?

There are thousands of mice who have not been recognized, are still being discriminated against, misunderstood, and extremely humiliated. One day there will be seeds of revenge that will repopulate. After the 9/11 incident, if the Americans’ attitude was to look for an individual Roscoro, rather than to identify, understand, and treat Islamic countries as equals, then 9/11 is just the beginning of a terrorist incident.

To borrow two sentences, share with you:

John M. Irving and Ido Oren put forward: How the United States deals with other countries depends to a large extent on whether we regard each other as a democratic country.
Moisei said in his work on the cultural conflict between the United States and Islamic countries: Hopeless humiliation leads to despair, breeds the desire for revenge, and it is easy to turn to a destructive impulse.

There is a shadow of happy feet, but the necklace is really a highlight of the script

The trailer is good, the movie is a little too warm. This kind of film, if you don't go to the cinema, you can only watch it in high-definition. The picture quality of the version I watched was really torturous, and there was noise, not to mention the subtitles, sigh

The Tale of Despereaux quotes

  • Miggery Sow: [calling through a hole in the floor of her cell; unaware that Gregory hears her cries] Help! HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP! Can anyone hear me? HEELL-LLLL-LLLPPPP! I'm in here!

    [her voice begins to break]

    Miggery Sow: I'm in here!

[Mig cries as Gregory enters her cell; in the light he sees her birthmark and recognizes her as his daughter. Gregory lets out a gasp and drops his keys in his astonishment. Mig turns around and sees him]

Miggery Sow: [gasps] Gor! What took you so long? I've been screaming in here for over TWO hours!

Gregory: [trying to find his voice; overcome with emotion] My-My little princess!

  • Teacher: Despereaux.

    Despereaux: Yes?

    Teacher: You didn't cower.

    Despereaux: Look's like a sword.

    Teacher: It's a carving knife.

    Despereaux: It's beautiful.

    Teacher: It's dangerous.

Despereaux: Do you have any more?
