Excellent soft science fiction movie

The science fiction color of this film is not strong. The most attractive thing is the close friendship between Angus and Crusoe, as well as the customs and rural scenery of Britain during World War II.

Angus' father bid farewell to his affectionate family and resolutely joined the army to fight against the Nazis; and the later officer came to Loch Ness for the same purpose. Angus's love for his father, sister and mother's silent love for Angus, Lewis Mowbray's care for Angus, the officer's attention behind the serious training and strict requirements of Angus, and even the funny but kind sparks between the chef and the maid. . . Together they constitute an interesting scene in a manor behind the war.

When watching a movie, a particularly moving scene was that when Angus went to see Crusoe for the first time, Crusoe took him happily to swim on the lake and dive into the water; laughter, beautiful lake, rapeseed flowers on the shore, old castle, it was a dream The scene in the movie... I

don’t need any special deep meanings or beautiful images to like this movie, but I like the natural and interesting scenes and the beauty of human nature in it.

Male Tourist: It's a famous picture of the monster. But it's fake.

Female Tourist: How do you know it's fake? It looks real.

Old Angus: We'd know, son. There's more to that photo than meets the eye.

    Male Tourist: Oh ho, really.

Old Angus: Well, if you'd like to know the real truth.

Female Tourist: Yeah, I wanna know. Come on, it'll be fun.

Old Angus: [starts telling the story]
