False Film Review

Just after reading it, write it down before I forget it. Because many movies I have watched before have forgotten what they thought after watching them.

OK, this movie starred in Uncle Wolf. I haven't seen Uncle Wolf for too long and didn't recognize him at first. All I thought was that this person seemed to have sung in bad Chinese with Conan Show's Conan, and then I remembered it. (Harm, when will this movie theater open?)

In addition to Uncle Wolf, there are many other familiar supporting characters, like two of them from "Women's Prison". I don't know what their names are, but like old friends, I am very happy to see them.

There was no problem with acting, and everyone performed well. The plot is also relatively simple and easy to understand. It is about the misappropriation of public funds by a high-level school, and you can probably guess the title of the movie. But that is, the name is too intuitive, and the audience can guess that the trend of the plot will definitely start to reverse due to the leak of something. Therefore, the harmony that started to pave the way under the bright card situation seems a bit too forceful.

I still like to watch movies based on real scandals, and I watch a lot. However, the film's analysis of the corruption of high-level personnel is quite multi-layered. It does not describe the entire process of corruption from the perspective of the protagonist alone. Instead, we put it at the level of a social problem to explore the reasons for this result.

Insufficient upper-level supervision. The first to be found embezzled in the film was Uncle Wolf’s colleague Pan. Pan took the money from the school to buy a house on vacation to buy gifts, and then worked overtime at night to delete the receipt, and even let his stupid son go to spend with his public card. Even with such careless operation, in the first eight years before the incident was leaked, I did not find anything from the above check. In the end, Uncle Wolf also confessed that the first time he embezzled public funds was because he accidentally swiped the wrong public card for dinner. He thought about it the next day but found that no one paid attention. Millions are not misappropriated in one day, so it can be said that the lack of supervision is the primary reason that causes corruption to continue and the amount is gradually increasing.

Collusion between upper and lower interests. People who can embezzle must have some power, and if you want to expose them, your own rights will also be involved. For example, the editor of the school magazine, Uncle Wolf is writing a letter of recommendation for his desired university. Another example is the directors who speculate on the premises of the school district around the school. Even if these people have the opportunity to expose, do they have the courage to sacrifice their own interests?

Colleagues tacitly knew. The father of the student who exposed all of this in the film said that he knew about the corruption of the upper class, but he was concerned about the relationship and the family of these people, so he didn't do anything. The school’s accountant blindly believed that Pan said that there was no invoice. Everyone works together every day, it is impossible to be unaware of anything. As the colleague interviewed in the last news report said, no one will find fault when everything goes smoothly, and they don't want to break the peace in front of them.

Parents only care about the results. The beginning of the film was a celebration for the school’s ranking to rise to fourth. The school also launched a plan to build a sky bridge the following year. No one cares about what is behind all these beautiful results. Parents just want to see what their children can be. Admitted by the university. I was also thinking at the beginning, isn't this model of offsetting merits and demerits as described in the film is not good? Happyending is not good. Later, it suddenly occurred to Yang Yongxin that the children who had undergone his "treatment" had changed from rebellious teenagers to obediently obedient. Some parents even expressed their support after knowing the treatment methods. Is this seemingly beautiful result that we should admire? No, not at all.

Generally speaking, the quality of the movie is pretty good, and I recommend it to people who are concerned about social issues.

No, my writing is too bad, come on next time, byebye.

  • Pam Gluckin: A wise woman once said, "It's not having what you want, its wanting what you got."

  • Phil Metzger: The receipts are gone. They're in the bin of a shredder probably.

Frank Tassone: But, she could have replaced them. I mean, there's a very real scenario here where all the other expenses are legit, right?

Phil Metzger: Maybe. I don't know.

Frank Tassone: Okay, Phil. Phil, she's not some criminal mastermind, right? Pam is our friend and she has made a stupid mistake.
