perfect noir

I finally watched another noir film that entered IMDB top250. The film is the perfect definition of noir. The male protagonist from a private detective background, the most standard female fatal, smart, tough yet CYNICAL dialogue, plus the complex plot of the little big sleep , 9 points (1 point deducted is not too satisfied with the ending)
Robert Mitchum is too charming, whether he is the hero or villain in the noir, he will always
check IMDB so perfectly , this is only Kirk Douglas's first The two movies are incredible. In the film, he and Mitchum's opponents are so exquisite. After

watching them, I re-watched the double compensation. They are almost 100% perfect scripts, except that Phyllis was so eager to watch Walter afterwards. Neither reasonable nor character, of course I know that this is purely to build that section of the bridge behind the door-and this must be one of the most classic scenes in movie history.
Anyway, it is still 10 out of 10.

#CIN216 Out of the Past=prisoners of the past. The private detective in film noir genre represents the reassurance of wrongs can remedied and justice can prevailed. Yet under this apparent inevitability corruption in the city, the detective Bailey is disillusioned, paranoid, and fatalistic, while maintaining a seemingly conventional moral code.
