The comedy style of the previous seasons was very good, so don’t look back.

Because it was casually watched, the gloomy style of the last two seasons was a big blow to me. However, looking at the previous seasons, the comedy style is obviously, the characters are bright, and the viewing experience is comfortable.

Agatha Christie’s novels have been adapted for three major series, "Detective Poirot" is the best, BBC’s "Miss Marple" is the second, and ITV’s "Agatha Christie's Marple" is the worst .

The biggest advantage of this series is the appropriate adaptation. The main thing is to modify the narrative methods to make the novel story more suitable for television. For example, the part of the character memories is presented with Poirot's personal experience. This large length reduces the character dialogue. Because if Christie’s works are copied from the original, most of the time, a few big heads are talking on the screen. The ITV series had this problem.

This series also adds to the plot of the short story. The tricks, motives, and character relationships are more complex than the original, and they are more visible. It now appears that the bridge segments in Christie's short story are too plain and old-fashioned.

Of course, the biggest advantage is to add drama to Hastings. In this play, Hasting has a strong sense of presence, as if he is the only man.

Poirot’s actors voluntarily took the comedy route, and apart from gaining weight from all angles, that small step is very funny. After all, this actor originally looked like this:

It can be seen that this actor made a huge sacrifice ("In order to insult the law, this is nothing"). In many cases, Poirot in the play can hardly take care of herself, and still looks like a beautiful girl proudly. As a result, Hasting, who is just Common Sense Online, seems particularly reliable, decathlon, and the actors seem to be more handsome.

Probably when the series was broadcast, Hasting's popularity became higher and higher, and his later plays were also more and more, and the audience would also expect Hasting to perform.

The set of this drama is also very elegant, and it must have been running around and expropriating a lot of manors. As a result, I really want to watch "Midsomer Murders" (which uses a lot of English manor real scenes) instead of Sherlock Holmes and other dramas with more similar styles.
