Non-sci-fi science fiction

I watched Butterfly Effect 2 on the recommendation of a friend. After reading it, it felt like reading an article in the world of science fiction, the unobtrusive science fiction, plus a little life philosophy, to warn the world, like a sketch.
We are living in a life with an unpredictable future, what should we focus on?
Our work, which guarantees our food, drink, housing and transportation, can give us the greatest possible material enjoyment, but it is not our emotional manor; our lovers, friends, we share the joy of life together, but in the end may still be unable to achieve understanding the lowest level;
in fact dead itself, not terrible, just like riding a horse childhood, toward the distant horizon, then all gone, lost forever in this intersection of time and space. The scary thing is that there is no more feelings and consciousness, even pain and sorrow.
In our lives far away from death, perhaps we should pay more attention to ourselves and find our own trajectory, just like the planets in the vast universe, if they continue to operate endlessly and firmly, they will never die.
