Simple stories of good and evil, not simple rules of life

In a completely closed aristocratic school, the student union has the supreme power and therefore becomes an unfair evil force. At this time, civilians with a sense of justice accidentally entered the house, breaking the original balance, and inevitably forming an incompatible situation with the old forces. How will the result develop?
The first thing that comes to mind are two Japanese stuff: "Meteor Garden" and "Disqualification on Earth".
If it were "Meteor Garden", the grassroots of the common people were naturally fierce women, and eventually won the favor of the noble bullies because of their rebellious spirit. Since then, they have spent a good time and are more romantic, and finally stepped on the blood and vomit of the former bullied classmates and stepped into the hall of happiness. The bully also bullied the weak from the beginning, miraculously transformed into a heroic hero.
If it is "Disqualification in the World", it is cruel, bloody, and lonely with a sense of justice. Although there are beautiful young bullies who fall in love with him secretly, they are unable to prevent the protagonist from being bullied to death while surrounded by evil forces. And as the grassroots death, the beautiful boy collapsed, the upper group also fell apart.
So, basically, the end of the uninvited guest will either be safe or disappear, and the result will be boring. Even if it breaks the unequal system of the past, it will hurt both sides.
In this way, the simple and positive victory in "Evil" almost made me applaud.
This film is based on an autobiographical novel, giving the protagonist the character and physique to resist injustice from the very beginning. Unlike other stories in which the protagonist was unintentionally involved in the vortex of opposing evil forces, Eric took the initiative to maintain his dignity at the beginning without hesitating to undermine the unfair system set by the Student Union. His attitude towards the Student Union is: accept all your punishments, but not accept insults.
Therefore, even if it is to polish shoes for old students, he is determined not to do it, and he will not obey and be beaten if he accidentally speaks foul language while eating. He speaks reason like an unreasonable authority, neither humble nor overbearing. When he is maliciously retaliated against, he will retaliate without hesitation.
Eric also has a bottom line, the bottom line is: can't be expelled. Therefore, he didn't go to a duel, and was rather called a mouse-needless to say, the duel itself is also unfair, two to one, but in fact, for Eric, who has been trained since childhood, this is not a problem.
It can also be seen from this that, no matter what, the student society in Sweden is just a pure high school student organization. They are not as exaggerated and powerful and extreme as they are in Japanese society. Yes, the leader of the student union is a nobleman, but the authority of the nobleman is not so great that it has the power to live and kill. It is only enough to form a small group.
The protagonist is as strong as the legend is very heroic. He studies very well, but because he has been abused by his stepfather for a long time, he is aggressive and cruel. Therefore, he is actually a hidden master, and the students will accidentally touch the big mold. In the new school, he has surpassed all the students by just showing a little skill to the members of the swimming team. So, in the end, facing life and death, Eric finally broke out, showing a completely American hero: I will smash your nose, and then it will smash it. I will leave you with your right arm, so I will put another One arm was scrapped.
In order to save his companions, he would rather endure the heroism of burning cigarette butts.
In addition to super physical fitness, the hero's protagonist is also very smart-he can't be troubled by his homework, and if he doesn't fight frequently, he won't be expelled to a private high school. At the same time, he also knows how to use legal weapons to protect himself, and ultimately control the principal in his palm. ——From this point of view, I don’t know if the story is too pure or Sweden is too pure.
At the end, the protagonist who stands up again doesn't even bother his stepfather, and uses violence to control violence.
Putting aside these stories of heroic growth, looking at it from another aspect, Eric's mother cannot protect her children, so she cannot protect her husband who was beaten up by the grown-up child. The lingering relationship between this husband and her is vaguely manifested, still very affectionate. In this way, she condoned her husband's abuse of her children, and also acquiesced in her children's revenge on her husband. No, in fact, she did not acquiesce, but was powerless at all. This family belongs to men, and women are as insignificant as a trophy.
In any case, I still like the positive and positive aspects of "Evil" and his simplification, but this simplification makes the whole movie a youth drama, which is superficial. The protagonist is too high, and the movie does not say what would happen if the grassroots were not so high. This is not a story of an ordinary person, but a story of a hero, even his little love is a hero.
