It was obviously "factual" in the sense that there were probably way too much footage to sort through to cherry-pick the best ones, but the result of it becomes a over-saturated jumble of views, perspectives, voices unfiltered, provocative just for the sake of being provocative, chaotic, and overwhelming, a kind of reporting that wants to pass as being "authentic" or "unbiased" while essentially it lacks focus and depth and can't be as evocative as a good doc ought tobe.
