The clear river winds its way, the grass on both sides of the river has begun to wither, and there are still cattle and sheep grazing leisurely. The trees on the shore grow chaotically, and the leaves become darker or lighter yellow under the frost of late autumn. Occasionally, there are one or two Chinese tallow trees intertwined in between, yellow and red, reflected in the blue and high sky. On the banks of the river, there are women washing clothes and men fishing.
What I wrote was neither a scene in a TV series nor an introduction to a certain scenic spot. These were once the most common scenery in my hometown in autumn.
It's just that the scenery disappeared so fast, when I grew up slowly, they also disappeared slowly, and now they are completely gone.
The water in the creek was no longer clear and transparent, they became a little dark and black, mixed with some white dirty foam, slowly flowing through.
The willow trees, phoenix trees, acacia trees, and Chinese tallow trees on the banks of the river were all cut down. During the summer torrential rains, the loess on both sides of the river was washed into the river, and the water turned yellow and churned. The river embankment became lower and lower, and people had to plant poplars again. Those fast-growing poplars lined up in a row, without a trace of beauty, just stupidly stretched the branches to the sky.
So, when I saw the scenery in "Yellowstone", it seemed like a world away. The beauty that once disappeared in my eyes, I am very happy to continue in other places.
I began to pay attention to the fate of the Dutton family, and began to care about the ownership of this land. I watched them fight for their territory, bravely and decisively, even if they gave their lives. They were born and buried in this land. They don't build towns or casinos. They just want to keep their original lives so that the scenery of the west will not be changed by the migration of people. Only they can keep this land as it was. No matter how the world develops, some things should not be changed, and some beliefs need to be passed on.
What makes people worry is that those people who look at them are embarrassed and want to unite to completely destroy the family. In the face of internal and external troubles, can the descendants of the Dutton family pick up this burden and give them a new blow?
I still hope that the Dutton family can win this war, even if the methods are dirty and contemptible, because after all, this world is just a game of the weak and the strong.
