Generally speaking, the plot spreads in an orderly manner and the narrative is basically clear.
The plot is basically progressive, but sometimes it jumps slightly and the connection is not natural enough. If the island was suddenly destroyed before, Chao dreamed of figuring out who he was and there was no direct causal relationship between destroying the island. Later, it wanted to avenge humanity, but after fighting with Xiaozhi and others, it said that it was willing to let them go and not want their lives. This was a bit contradictory to the previous act of destroying the island and killing people. At the end, the sentence "Yes, we are all Pokémon" was slightly abrupt, and the Chinese version of the dubbing made me out of the play.
The film is in Shunxu, so there is nothing incomprehensible about the plot structure. In the melee, slow-motion playback is used, the atmosphere is rendered very well, and the emotional paving is almost reaching its culmination here. Although the clones were stronger during the melee, they all fell down later. This shows that the clones are the same as the deity. They will be tired, hurt, and injured. They are also alive, and all kinds of scars are signs of their life. The clones were copied and transformed from the deity, but there are also differences, such as the speed and strength of the fire-breathing dragon; the cloned cat cannot speak human words, but the appearance is the same; the cloned Pikachu is full of hostility from the first appearance, which is completely different from the deity. If they are copied again, they are all different beings, and they are all one kind of existence. Xiaozhi stopped the battle with his body and petrified. Pikachu rushed over immediately, pushing and pushing, but Xiaozhi didn't respond. It even used electricity to stimulate him. It kept stimulating until he lost his strength and couldn't send out any more electricity, but he remained motionless... Tears and crying best reflected Pikachu's emotions. This is the most sensational part of the movie. The bedding in front suddenly exploded at this moment, the emotions were completely mobilized, and the tears could not stop. Later, Xiaozhi was resurrected in tears, with a surrealistic color, and could accept it. Many Pokémon were exhausted from the battle at that moment. Seeing Pikachu's persistence to Xiaozhi, they were all moved. While the true feelings were revealed, they also conversely thought about why they were fighting just now. From Xiaozhi's petrochemical to resurrection, the plot develops to a climax, this is also the best moment for the theme to be revealed. Everyone is alive, even if they are artificially created, they have become independent individuals, all of which have essence, and all exist. The deity or not is not a reason to fight. So Chaomeng and Dream stopped their hands, and the war ended. Later, Chaomeng made everyone forget about this incident, and the incident passed by like a dream, like a dragonfly splashing in the water, rippling, and calming down again after a while.
The biggest slot is dubbing. From the current point of view, this dubbing is really... scum. The best worthy one is Pikachu?... But think about it is 98 years, you have to judge from the historical context at that time, maybe the dubbing at the time was in this tune...
Overall, this movie is pretty good. Although the lines and themes are general, there is a feeling for Shengli. Seeing Pikachu and Xiaozhi, I recalled childhood. The sincere feelings between them can still be experienced and moved deeply. That's enough.
