Mutual sympathy

At that time, Depp's transparent, clear and youthful appearance was really jealous, but now he is just a raisin. Can't help but think of the classic analogy in the play: raisins are humiliated, soulless, and twisted grapes. The opening sentence implies a mystery: need, what does it mean to need someone? The play seems to answer this question. But I didn't want to understand: Is there a universality in the mutual sympathy between different species? Depp's performance was wonderful, but it didn't save this empty script.
