The plot is basically the same, replacing Paris with a car city. Save my sister, replaced by saving my girlfriend. Others are the same, even some scenes are the same, such as the scene where the little gangsters of the two teams whistle and touch their ass when catching Lola.
As a commercial film, Luc is undoubtedly successful. Rhythm, music, action, drag racing, and doing all well. But the worst part of the remake is that it is always compared with the original, so that it is a little worse. If you've seen it in 2004, and then look at this one, you won't be so excited. Leo is also a little fatter.
But I believe most people still remember Paul.
