I don’t know if people will miss the past more as they grow up. This seems to be rooted in my nature. I always think back to the time when I was a child. I don’t know if it was really so beautiful at that time or people always used to beautify their memories. So the days in retrospect are always extremely happy.
I once saw a sentence in Harry Potter circulating on the Internet, "It is not our ability but our choice that determines who we become." At the time, I didn't know where this sentence was in the film, so I felt like " I feel sorrowful," but I didn't really understand it. Knowing that he saw the source of this sentence today, Dumbledore said to Harry that when Voldemort left him with a lightning scar, he also gave Harry a part of his ability. Of course, this was not what he really wanted, but he accidentally Completed Harry. As a result, Harry knew snake language and heard voices that no one else could hear, so the Sorting Hat felt that he would do a lot in Slytherin College! But Harry didn't want to go to Slytherin, or become a dark wizard like Voldemort. The Sorting Hat respected his choice and assigned him to Griffindor. And only true Graffindor passers can take out the sword from the hat. Although from the point of view of talent, Harry may be more suitable for Slytherin, but the path he chose is to become a Graffindor! And he has indeed become an excellent Griffindor.
So, no matter what your ability is, it is your own choice to determine what kind of person you are.
