The Book of Love-Peter Gabriel
The book of love is long and boring
No one can lift the damn thing
It's full of charts and facts and figures and instructions for dancing
But I
I love it when you read to me
And you
You can read me anything
SHALL WE DANCE, a Japanese movie that was so popular in Asia that year, it is rare and fresh without losing the taste of life. It’s quite satisfactory to be performed by the old Hollywood guy GERE and hot girl JLO. I don’t need to talk about the plot of the movie. The middle-aged man, GERE, finds his buried self--of course, he is not running away from home like Gauguin. He talks about love and dances in a more peaceful way without hurting anyone.
The book of love has music in it
In fact that's where music comes from
Some of it is just transcendental
Some of it is just really dumb
But I
I love it when you sing to me
And you
can sing me anything
Hollywood remake of SHALL WE DANCE, which uses veteran Peter Gabriel’s THE BOOK OF LOVE. When the elegant cello flows slowly like a silk texture and cuts into the picture with the hoarse voice of the grandfather, GERE is opening a box with a pair of dancing shoes that his wife bought him. The attached card says: Go to her farewell party-that she is the reason for the husband to dance in the first place. There is no reason not to cherish such a woman.
The book of love is long and boring
And written very long ago
It's full of flowers and heart-shaped boxes
And things we're all too young to know
But I
I love it when you give me things
And you
You ought to give me wedding
So the rings are the plot that many women are moved by. In the night shop where his wife works overtime, the old and handsome GERE in a dress slowly rises from the elevator. The red rose in his hand and the smile on his face are the gifts that a middle-aged woman expects most. He came over, took her hand, and said; WILL YOU DANCE WITH ME? The wife was a little horrified in the surprise "BUT I DON'TKNOW HOW TO" "DARLING YOU'VE DANCED WITH ME FOR 19 YEARS......" Then he hugged her in an elegant posture, and she was already intoxicated.
Listen to this tune repeatedly without much ups and downs, and savor each sentence carefully. The book of love tells the true meaning of ordinary love and marriage in the world. Love is such a heavy thing. For most ordinary people like us, in the near or far future, the firewood, rice, oil and salt that are bound to marriage are the notes in it. The music played is sometimes beautiful and sometimes boring. However, everything that that special person sings to himself, whether out of tune or sadly, is a treasure of one person. Love is not too many
people go through, sometimes, know the story already tired of hearing, and we always have enough mature.
Two people spend their entire lives reading this book of love. So when the man found himself, he also discovered that the years of dancing together with the woman who was watching silently by his side are so precious.
