How to regain the focus of life

I made this film because of the two starring actors Al Pacino and Matthew McConaughey.
I know why I like Charlie, because he looks like Matthew.

I don’t see many sports-related movies like this.
But there are a few that I still like very much, Iron Blood Coach, Mr. Sweetheart, weakness.

An athlete with a leg injury had to bid farewell to his sports career, but because of the accurate analysis of various data in the game, he can always predict the result.
His talents were tapped, and the days of poverty no longer exist.
Under the false identity of John Anthony, he gradually lost himself.
Knowing that Walter was only using relationships with himself, his mood fell to the bottom, and his predictions began to be inaccurate.
At this time, instead, Wlater's psychology began to be unbearable.
He started gambling again and suspected that Brandom and his wife were unfaithful to him.
In fact, such a psychology, to lose, resides in the heart of every gambler.
From the beginning, I was struggling between longing for miracles and accepting defeat.
Kind of like my previous mentality.

Anyway, life is real.
What is the center of life and how to return to the center of life is a question that must be calmed down and pondered when busy.

Two for the Money quotes

  • Brandon Lang: [in Brandon's office while looking at his pick sheet] What's your mother's name?

    Mitch: Shelia.

Brandon Lang: What street did you grow up on?

    Mitch: Atlantic Avenue

Brandon Lang: Who do you like Monday night?

    Mitch: I don't know.

    Brandon Lang: Pick one.

    Mitch: That's your job.

Brandon Lang: I'll do your job tomorrow, today you do mine, who do you like Monday night?

Mitch: What are you talking about?

Brandon Lang: Seattle versus New Orleans, stop stalling who do you like?

Mitch: I guess Seattle, plus the two points

    Brandon Lang: Over or under?

Mitch: No you can't do that

Brandon Lang: No I can do that, over or under? Its forty four points

    Mitch: Over

Brandon Lang: [Hands him the pick sheet] Seattle in the over, nice

Mitch: I'm not going to turn that in there's like a million dollars riding on that game

Brandon Lang: There's like a whole lot more than that, we all know I can pick, today I'm picking you and the outcome will be the same

  • Brandon Lang: [Narrating] I remember that day. And, believe it or not I remember that hit because of the smile it put on my dad's face. To my dad, sports was a religion, but to me, it was about purity. Sports was a place where all wrongs could be made right. I thought if I filled the whole house with trophies for him, he'd stick around. And when I did, he left before my tenth birthday.
