In this film, director Jera Babruani remakes his 2005 French black-and-white film "Millions of Killers". The protagonist played by Sam Reilly works as an electrician in other people's homes all day. One day the homeowner received a letter, but died of drug overdose. He accidentally overheard the secret that this letter can bring immense wealth. So, taking the envelope and following the train ticket and the route in the envelope, Sam Riley got to label 13 and fell into a crazy killing game. It turns out that this is a Russian roulette underground killing casino. The participating players hold a revolver in a circle, put a bullet in the first round, turn the wheel, point to the player in front, when the light bulb in the middle of the field is on.
