What I admire most about this drama is the repeated discussions on the nature of the United States by people of different political opinions, different ages, and different experiences in court. Should Americans legally own guns? Do small towns that are dissatisfied with the authorities have the right to claim independence? Can a woman be a pastor... Many cases actually revolve around a topic: how big is the human rights in the United States, and the democracy in the United States? To what extent? For those who defend her because they love the motherland, and those who criticize her because they love the motherland, the court may not be the stage for them to express their political opinions, but the court is the best stage for them. What shocked me and envied me is that they do not have a long history of thousands of years, but they have hundreds of years of history of struggle for independence, freedom and democracy that they can be proud of. Although in this pursuit, they cannot Avoid sacrificing the independence, freedom, and democracy of others again and again, and have never achieved true absolute democracy and freedom. However, even if sometimes degenerates and sometimes takes the wrong path, there will always be someone who will stand up and speak out, and there is a place to let They can stand up and speak up.
