I didn't watch the first one. It feels like this movie is a game adaptation. The shootout took a big part. The killing was not at all muddle-headed, and it was quite neat. The leading actor looks very Germanic. It's the type I like.
The villains in the film are also very good, the bad ones are very happy and thorough. It's the kind of bad guy who doesn't fear death.
Heroes and villains can only have a good show if they are not afraid of death.
