Learn not to be afraid of the word "death"

I started watching today and watched four episodes. I like this show.
Just look at the name, I am afraid of what horror movie it is. Later, my friend gave a brief introduction. Although it was about death, it was more about how to live.
Learn to die to learn how to live.
I still can't understand the meaning of this sentence so deeply.
How to learn to die.
I think this drama only once again taught me to face the problem of death that may arise at any time. In order to cherish this every moment even more.
"Death is a wake-up call."
Don't regret it after death. Haha, after all, we don't necessarily have the experience of the protagonist in the play.
