In the last scene, when Blaney discovered that the person who was brutally smashed by him with only blond hair was the victim who was killed by Robinson again, my mood as an audience fell to the deepest.
Case1, Sergeant couldn't find any evidence, and he was still lying at home. Then Blaney would also be holding a weapon, killing Robinson with a great advantage.
