Jack London's most exciting novel besides "Love of Life"-"The Call of the Wild", a legendary wolf dog who has gone through a sled, bloody fighting dog arena, and hunting dog. Nirvana rebirth poured countless emotions on the savior and eventually became the legendary wolf dog. In the movie, he has become a cute dog who knows humanity, etiquette and politeness. The plot is so simple that the dog is transformed into a Maitreya Buddha. If you have read the novel, you will know how disappointed you are in the movie and how the plot fails. To be honest, I don’t know how the IMDB can reach 7.1. In terms of the movie itself, how can a big dog at home suddenly have a wolf to guide the way, it is very abrupt, there is a Snoopy or HelloKitty to guide the way It’s more logical than this. Even the wild wolves have become reasonable gentlemen who have a good meal and repay their lives. To tell the truth, Jack London is alive in the sky, and he will scold and ruin it. A great dog script

The story of Buck turning into a wolf king. I can't see the so-called wildness, only the personification throughout the article, the excessive use of CG, and the lack of in-depth details. Everything is too simplistic and superficial, it's just a pipeline movie. I didn't expect that both my cousin and Karen Gillan would become soy sauce-style characters. It was supposed to be a wild and cruel movie with deep core depth, but in the end it became an extremely mediocre Disney family live-action animation. PS: Missing the old fox before, Disney is very harmful.

The Call of the Wild quotes

  • John Thornton: [narrates] There's a place in these mountains where a new breed of timber wolf roams, wiser than men or wolf, because of the dog that runs at the head of a pack. Now... they live without fear, raise their young and flourish.

  • [last lines]

John Thornton: [narrates] Some say that's the legend. Not so. You see, I knew him once, when he was just a dog at a men side. And even all this land is his, every summer, when he comes down to the valley, he remembers kind hands and old masters... before he went to his own... became his own master... before he heard the call.
