I personally think that the butterfly is a symbol of beauty and wisdom in the movie. In the ending, the leader of the villain Daredevil has knocked out a butterfly-like pattern on the glass, which symbolizes that the protagonist has realized that Daredevil has evolved and possessed a certain degree of wisdom. The most interesting part of the movie is: At this moment, human beings already have the medicine, how the protagonist will make a choice.
In the ending of the first edition, what the protagonist sees at the last moment is the butterfly on the human Anna’s neck, which shows that the protagonist has chosen humans and has chosen to selfishly fulfill his responsibility and obligation to defend his race as a human being.
In the ending of the second edition, the protagonist once again noticed that there are butterflies behind the female night demon's neck. At this moment, he temporarily got rid of the limitations of being a human being. He also realized that all life is always equal, whether it is a butterfly, a lion, or a lion. Humans are still night demons, and we should all hold an attitude of awe. Humans should never selfishly take nature as their own.
The endings of the two editions have their own merits. For me, the layout of the second edition is more ambitious, and there have been scenes in the film where the author let go of the lion. It is not only a kind of idealism and romance, but also a kind of awe of nature and life.
Anyone who treats disaster movies only as disaster movies is a complete fool.
