behind the name

Blood on the Streets -- the name is vulgar, like the name of the '90s tide of trash gunfight movies. To be honest, I hate this movie because of the name; I
saw its English name: Bullet in the Head
and decided to watch it, and I was shocked
.
Compared with the movie, John Woo's other works are too technical. This is not a movie written in blood and tears
. I would like to express my recommendation for this movie like this:
If a person can only watch two movies in a lifetime, then I choose " "Blood on the Street" and "Infernal Affairs", if you only watch one, it is "Blood on the Street"

The crash finale version is superfluous, purely to push the emotion back to an unbelievably exaggerated level. The film is really ambitious and arrogant. Basically, it is a big explosion of omissions in Woo's film aesthetics. There are fragments but no content. It is a graphic understanding of the brothers. But it's still a good shot, every scene is full of anger

Jacky Cheung, Tony Leung, Ren Dahua, and Li Zixiong faced off against each other at their peaks, each with amazing acting skills and dazzling demeanor. Yuan Jieying's eyes can really speak.

Bullet in the Head quotes

  • Ben: Mr Leong. I think think you're mistaken. When we were in Hong Kong we admired Miss Yen. We like listening to her sing. We were all staring at her just now, as we were wondering... wondering why she had changed so much. She's not pretty any more.

    Paul: Ah Bee!

Ben: She's lost her innocence. She's not happy any more. I wonder who was responsible for that?

Y.S. Leong: You're criticizing me? Not many people would speak to me like that. Young man, you've got balls. Bring me wine!

  • Ben: You're pointing a gun on a good friend you've known for more than a decade!
