After so many years, after watching "Dragon King of Shendu" and "Four Heavenly Kings", and then watching this "Tongtian Empire", there is a feeling that this one is close to reality, because there are no monsters in it, Although it also has some alchemy, it looks more magical, but it has not "bloomed" like "Dragon King of Shendu" and "Four Heavenly Kings". In terms of overall story fluency, "Empire of Babel" is the smoothest, followed by "Four Heavenly Kings", and "Dragon King of Shendu" at the bottom.
In "Empire of Tongtian", Carina Lau's role as Wu Zetian is not enough, but in "Four Heavenly Kings", her charm has already been shown. If "Empire of Tongtian" is remade now, she can show it better .
It is more suitable for Andy Lau to play Di Renjie, but Zhao Youting may be too young.
After watching "Empire of Tongtian", it can really make people remember Pei Donglai played by Deng Chao. He is a bit evil and played very well by Deng Chao. It can be said that this is also an improvement in Deng Chao's acting skills. Similarly, Li Bingbing's Shangguan Jinger is also very distinctive.
This one is more like the imperial court and the world of rivers and lakes, and more ghost markets. These are all very traditional martial arts styles. However, from the second part to the third part, there is more or less a sense of separation from the setting and character story of the first part.
