This film is adapted from the French film "The Belliers" and tells the passionate story of a girl who pursues her dream of music. The girl Ruby lives with her parents and her brother. Only Ruby can hear in the family of four, and the other three are deaf and mute. The Ruby family made a living by fishing, and suffered a lot of grievances and injustices because of their deafness. Ruby was often teased by classmates at school. It was under such difficult conditions that Ruby still bravely pursued love and the music she loved. With her talent and continuous efforts, she was finally admitted to the Berklee College of Music. The film first explained the various conditions of Ruby's family and the various inconveniences caused by their deafness. Difficulties seem to have gotten used to it. But the difficulties never end, and the difficulties that followed came one after another. The family of four had to hug together to keep warm in order to face the difficulties. Ruby could not choose her family of birth, and the deaf and mute should not be the shackles and cages that limit her personal freedom. Ruby has always been looking for breakthroughs in the predicament and bravely pursued her own musical ideals. Different ways of life will naturally lead to conflicts, and if the problem cannot be solved well, it will create even greater conflicts. Fortunately, everyone can see that the family has been having a difficult time, but they have always loved and helped each other, and finally gave everyone a happy ending.
