Spent a day looking at it

The last season was to show the tip of the iceberg and the setting, and this season the plot is fully unfolded. However, there are always some character lines that I personally feel are dispensable, a little bit of the main line is not enough, and the sub-line comes together.

The title of the play is dark, probably to say that we humans are driven by desire and cannot stop, constantly wanting to change, but eventually fall into an infinite loop. The parallel world's martha to rescue jonas is also part of the cycle. It is almost certain that the current plans of Adam and Claudia have nothing to do with parallel worlds.

No one wants to stop the catastrophic events that surround the season - jonas and claudia come back and the original plan was to drag mom and martha to the basement, which is probably what he said is a small change.

The third season is already in the script and will be the final season. According to the logic that everyone in the dark cannot escape the cycle, what we will see is an arrangement of how everyone becomes everyone. At least most of the time it will be. Apparently Adam and Claudia's plan is to end the whole nightmare in the end, but disagree on how, their justice, and jonas' choice, will only be left to next year.

PS: The date in the comments should still make sense, the release date should be 2020.6.27 but or maybe 6.28, the beginning of a new cycle.
