Talk to your inner self

Ben was diagnosed with advanced stage at the beginning, but the film is not very sad, but a lot about travel and life.
While watching the film, several films that I have seen before, such as "Motorcycle Diary" and "Into the Wild", appear in my mind at the same time. Although the story is very old and has few plots, it is still worth watching.
Although it is also inseparable from the thinking of "the meaning of travel" and "the meaning of life", this one attracts me more because of the vast scenery of Canada, the beautiful episodes, and the enlightenment of the relaxed true meaning of life.
Yes, not everyone can truly be who they are. Social responsibilities, family burdens, and worldly ties all make people have to bury their inner life.
And what I agree with is that you can truly understand yourself only when you travel. Especially when you are walking alone, you are more able to talk to your inner self.
If you still ask me, what would you do if you only had one week left in your life?
I want to go to places I've always wanted but haven't been.
Just like the end of the film, "struggle, seek, pursue, and never give up." Live true to yourself.

One Week quotes

  • Narrator: When you get those rare moments of clarity, those flashes when the universe makes sense, you try desperately to hold on to them. They are the life boats for the darker times, when the vastness of it all, the incomprehensible nature of life is completely illusive. So the question becomes, or should have been all a long... What would you do if you knew you only had one day, or one week, or one month to live. What life boat would you grab on to? What secret would you tell? What band would you see? What person would you declare your love to? What wish would you fulfil? What exotic locale would you fly to for coffee? What book would you write?

[Written on a black board: "To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield."]

Ben Tyler: How bad is it?

    Doctor: It's stage four.

Ben Tyler: How many stages are there?

    Doctor: Four.
