The introduction to this American drama is quite tempting. The 26 stories created by 26 horror masters are enough to make horror movie lovers excited. But my perception of the first season is actually not very good, and even some of the stories do have a hypnotic effect, and people can easily guess the next plot. However, the director may want to add more thought-provoking things to the film, but due to the time limit, he has to reduce the horror elements, which makes me a little disappointed in looking forward to the work from the perspective of traditional horror films. But there is a fatal point that the duration is short and the plot should be more compact, but most of the stories do not enter the main line at all at the beginning, and the rhythm is too slow, which is really suitable for persuading people to quit.
In such a situation, I came up with this idea: Excluding some of the stories, what if the vast majority of the stories happened in the same world? As for why such an idea arises, it is mainly because some stories leave more suspense at the end. For example, at the end of the first story, there is no explanation of where the murderer came from, what is the meaning of the ritual performed, and in "Jennifer" Its origins have not been explained. Assuming that these holes can be filled in the follow-up stories, it is also an exciting thing.
