I can't forget that look

It is undeniable that "Slaying the Wolf" has been regarded as a rare work in Hong Kong films in recent years. Especially the martial arts scene, the scene between Donnie Yen and Wu Jing is really wonderful and rare. The last battle between Zhen and Hong was nothing but a kof taste.
After watching this film, it should be said that I only have a deep impression on that martial arts scene and the moment when Donnie Yen was pushed down at the end. Especially for my friends like me who are used to the victory of justice over evil and a happy ending, Zhen's death is too hard to accept. Fortunately, it was Hong's wife and daughter who were killed by Zhen, who were also innocent people. The ending of this play seemed meaningful, and Zhen's death finally had some value.
The director deliberately arranged this scene, I thought it was a rare thing in Hong Kong films in recent years.
It's still hard to forget the look in Zhen Po's eyes when he came out of the window, what was that? Innocence, humiliation, despair...
As for those bugs in the film, or the inappropriateness of the plot, I don't think you need to be too persistent. It's just a movie, it's good to give you space to think, why bother to get to the bottom of it

I also watched it on a long-distance car. When it first started, Luoluo kept telling me that this movie was good, but it was too violent. It is indeed a little bit. The police and the underworld look no different. Why did Donnie Yen intervene? This always makes me feel inexplicable. "Wolf", the movie is not as wonderful as the song.

Although the fighting in the alleys is exciting, but somehow it is so unwelcome to see Wu Jing!
