I feel like this season is a bit broken

The story is still very exciting and inspiring, but I feel that the characters are a little unreasonable.

Although Morty is very naive, he basically still loves family. In the first episode, Morty is unwilling to resurrect his grandfather in order to have a good ending with Jessica. It feels very strange, and he does not explain that the crystal has affected his mind.

Grandpa became very affectionate, especially to his daughter. The last episode was not as emotional as Grandpa. And he can even open up to Jerry, such as the cat episode, and he also helped him eliminate the aliens who were looking for him for revenge. According to the previous reasoning, it should be to put him to death. Although my grandfather was emotional before, he basically explained his logical judgment. This season's chemical pool is indeed a bad idea, unlike what my grandfather always did. Although in the end, it was a smart lesson for Morty.

Just talk about your thoughts, other characters will add lol when they think of it.

Rick Sanchez: Will you just go up?

Morty Smith: Stop! You're gonna make me die wrong!

Rick Sanchez: Wait a minute, what? Morty, do you have a death crystal in your pocket?

    Morty Smith: No... Maybe.
