Simple plot, no depth

Very disappointed! Last year was really busy, so I waited until this year to watch it. The plot is simple and has no depth. Deliberately disrupting the timeline, just to torture the audience. Let's talk about it specifically:

Man in black

You said in the first season, the men in black were curious about Ford's games, or the two were competing, I can understand. In the second season, the park is clearly out of control. What are you staying for? abused? Forgetting about being almost killed by Dolores last season. So I rode a pony and roamed the world. After being shot by Maeve a few times, he didn't ask the staff for help? Well, friend, you're going to die.

Plus, the men in black question everything. Since he was deceived by Dolores in his early years, his heart should understand a little. The two worlds are still different. However, kill kill kill every day. Blurred the difference, killed his own daughter by mistake, it was too irrational, and it felt like he had become Ford's host. The plot is so flawed. Does his company need to be taken care of?

Dolores

The plot of Dolores is that of a runaway flat-headed brother who refuses to accept it and does it. Characters are too thin. Longing for the human world, longing for what? free? But there should be more in-depth reasons, or a little more corresponding plot, why we should kill indiscriminately between the enemy and the enemy. Also, why does she have love for Teddy? This is also a point that needs to be described. If this was the machine code, Teddy shouldn't be so sentimental after her death.

Maeve

Maeve's obsession with her daughter drives the plot of the second season. However, it is too far-fetched. Can you describe the reasons that affect the plot with more brush and ink? It's that simple snippet every time. When other hosts were uprising, she led us to visit the shogunate. The setting is also similar, and the programmer said the story is the same. However, the plot inside has undergone various changes, why is this? Jumped back to Westworld without telling us. What's the point of this part of the plot? Show off.

Also, why did she awaken super powers?

Ford

Ford is the crux of the plot. How much hatred does he have with the man in black? Why hate him so much. What is he going to do? If the host is life, human beings are not life?

other

Last season, Dolores caused a sea change when he killed the top. Maeve's buddies riot in the control room. Security is really weak. The mercenaries at the back were also very weak, reluctantly relying on Clementine to counterattack. The coherence of the plot is so poor that even the two sidelines shouldn't let the plot be so broken. In the setting of the first season, Bernard should have awakened. Why forget your old lover and choose to help Ford. Why did Indians choose to help humans? His lover was killed by humans.

Summarize

So many questions are just one reason why the script is so bad that the plot can't stand scrutiny. The main theme of yearning for freedom in the first season has faded too much in the second season. Deliberately disrupt the timeline to make it harder for the audience to understand. I feel sorry for the time wasted watching this drama. ?

However, I need to thank this American drama. As someone who has seen Breaking Bad, The Flash, and Prison Break. (The Flash sequel is also designed to drag the plot.) I realize that American dramas are designed to make you waste your time, deliberately set suspense, and break the script. If you have this time, it is better to read books to improve yourself.

  • Maeve Millay: If you try something like that again, I will relieve you of your most precious organ and feed it to you.

    [she looks at Lee's crotch]

Maeve Millay: Though it won't make much of a meal.

    [pause]

Lee Sizemore: I wrote that line for you.

Maeve Millay: Bit broad if you ask me.
