Bundled Education - "Where Is My Friend's Home"

This film allowed me to see the relationship between the three generations of "old, middle-aged, and children" in Iran and its implications for Iranian society. Children are educated in primary schools, obeying the teacher's instructions, and "doing homework" becomes the primary task of the students, which can be seen in most Iranian films. Maybe most of the film reviews are biased towards friendship, feelings between classmates, etc. I do not deny this. But for me personally, it is more about seeing the fate of the child's future development. Ahmed has a kind heart and personal responsibility and responsibility. He repeatedly told his mother, grandfather, and unfamiliar adults that when he wanted to find his classmates to return the workbook, the obstacles and inattention he encountered could not help but make people feel embarrassed. The middle-aged characters in this film are rather oppressive, ignoring the imprints of the older generation (“doors and windows”) and paying little attention to the words and deeds of children. As if in their eyes, children are ignorant and do not deserve attention. To put it bluntly, children don't get the respect they deserve. The advantages presented by Ahmed, such as innocence, kindness, responsibility, integrity, etc., are just the qualities that adults are gradually losing. If you look at it enlarged, it may be a microcosm of the current situation of Iranian society. What will the future hold for Ahmed? Grandpa's social normative education, parents do not pay attention, the surrounding environment will undoubtedly become a "cage" for his personal development in the future, is he free-style development or disciplined? In fact, the film has already given the answer.
