Although the words and insects point directly to the heart

My personal favorite movies are roughly divided into small and fresh and heavy-tasting. After watching so many animations of the fresh direction, I feel that the one that can really win is the "Insect Master". Having said that, I have to say that the director of such a small and fresh work by Bug Master is also the director of the spoof comic "Rihe".
Some people commented that this animation is a clear stream in Japanese comics in recent years. It does not sell cute, seiyuu, or rottenness. It tells stories and draws well. The music and pictures are impeccable. Although the whole film seems to be talking about the invisible and intangible thing (you can think of it as a natural monster without too many personality attributes), in fact, the worm is only used to solve mathematical problems. The auxiliary line is the same, but in fact, every sentence is about human affairs, and the story points directly to people's hearts. Each episode has a story, either healing or depressing, but it is deeply touching. The film is not deliberately sensational, there is no fierce conflict, and the whole process is advanced in that kind of light atmosphere, which can touch the softest part of the heart. The topics discussed in each episode are also different, about life, about ideals, about life, about reincarnation, about love, about dreams, about reality, about time, about escape, about confrontation, about memory... The topics are huge but found The perfect entry point, not empty, not preaching, not giving answers, all depends on personal understanding.
Many people compare this work with "Natsume's Book of Friends". Although I also like the latter, it is also an absolutely excellent work, but no matter the depth and breadth of the discussion, it is not as good as "Insect Master". Natsume sells monsters cute and scary. The organic integration of the fragments of the work is a great feature to watch, but sometimes it also destroys the warm atmosphere created by the work. But the insect master completely abandoned these things that could have been painted in heavy colors, and integrated sadness and joy into the endless poetic atmosphere. In terms of the structure of the world view, the insect master is also more self-consistent. If nothing else, it is said that the cat teacher in Natsume sometimes makes people want to complain (this is like watching Monkey King in "Journey to the West").
Having said so much, I also recommend a few episodes for such a long work,
"Changhong after the Rain". This episode discusses travel, ideals, reality, escape, and responsibility. People who like to travel must watch.

"One-eyed Fish", the dialectical philosophy of yin and yang.

"Silk of the Sky", the most touching episode, not only makes people cry, but also makes people feel ashamed. In the face of love, what does the outside world say about it?
The most important thing is your own heart, all reasons are actually excuses.

"Heavy Ears of Rice", Harvard University's "What is Justice" open class to discuss the initial question and the ultimate question is actually
this.

"From the Sea", the discussion about life and time, makes people meditate
