Many of the plots are deliberate and logically inappropriate. This policeman is very powerful for a while, and stupid for a while, which is really embarrassing for him.
Maybe the villain cop did a great job.
The film does reveal a lot of actual social problems in South Korea. What I want to say is that the overall level is very high, but unfortunately it is not my favorite, which is a pity. It's all the protagonist's fault.
