The movie says that we fight all the way, not to change the world, but to not let the world change us. In reality, this kind of persistence is too difficult...
Not being respectful for teachers, not being upright for officials, not being virtuous for being a doctor, not being benevolent for being rich, not being kind for charity. The shocking truth and the heart-wrenching ending. As a bystander, I was very sad, shocked, and angry, but there was nothing I could do. The despair of this world lies in seeing so many injustices happening around me every day, no matter how hard I try, I still can’t do anything; and the hope in this world lies in the fact that there are still such a group of people, even knowing that it is the cockroach that shakes the tree. Persistently chose the difficult to almost impossible road!
I don't think I'll ever have the courage to watch it a second time.
