From the deserts of Somalia to cities to London to the podium of the United Nations. She not only changed her own destiny, but also used her power to change the women who were poisoned by circumcision. She is brave enough and strong enough. She walked out of the desert and was at a loss in London, but she persisted, faced it, and did not give up.
The most impressive scene is when she and her friends first discussed circumcision. She has felt pain since she was a child, but everyone around her does it, so she thinks it's reasonable. But is this true? I can't help but start to reflect. In today's society where the gender status is not completely equal, as a woman, can I reflect on the problem in time and have the courage to resist? From women who should be husbands and children to women entering the workplace, society has experienced nearly 2,000 evolutions. What women do has finally changed from what men should do to what they want to do. Whether it's a husband or a child, or working hard in the workplace, what women want is freedom and the right to choose!
If circumcision is the imprisonment of the female body, then chastity is the imprisonment of the female mind. In the relationship between the sexes, morality should be two-way, but chastity is one-way. Our future is to constantly break through these confinement and strive for the right to choose that we should have.
