Good subject, bad story

The story of a very good subject matter is not well told. If it is said that this is an inspirational film, the only inspirational part is that the heroine overcomes social constraints and natural dangers out of instinctive resistance and escapes, but when she comes out, fate is paved. Straight road, but most people don't have the amazing talent and luck of the heroine. The real life is when escaping from an abyss, and the challenges are endless. The movie spends a lot of time talking about the heroine. The road to fame is really difficult. Letting people drink this bowl of chicken soup is not a qualified "inspirational film"

Of course, the movie was not originally under the banner of "inspirational". I almost forgot that the movie itself was about "circumcision", but except that the heroine's decision to undergo surgery was "circumcision", the other memories of circumcision were driven by painful memories. The Lord's real life is connected. "Circumcision" retreats to a background existence. The heroine's two big bumps on the road to fame have no substantial connection with the circumcision. Because of emotional frustration (actually a misunderstanding), she decided to go back to Africa. This is a new Life and the old society are the moments when new cultures collide with old traditions and tensions are formed. It is a moment to deepen the theme (although the driving factor of this plot is very strange). Here you can dig deeper into the awakening of the heroine's consciousness. You can dig into the collision of different cultures and you can dig into the circumcision. The intricate socio-religious factors behind this cruel act allow people to see the helpless reality that although this act seems absurd and cruel to us, it is difficult to eradicate. However, the film is replaced by a sentence, and then it is found that the time is almost up. An interview is required. A speech and the final subtitles are abruptly mentioned and caught off guard

To be honest, I’m quite disappointed. Maybe I’m looking forward to seeing this topic too high. I’m looking forward to a better story.
