When I watched this movie for the first time, I was shocked. I had never heard the word "circumcision" before, including one of the episodes, when the heroine went to the hospital, the male doctor insulted her. I didn't understand it, and then I searched about "circumcision", which is a corner of modern civilization that I have a hard time understanding.
Women are circumcised and their genitalia are removed and sewn up, and it is usually very painful to urinate. It is difficult to survive in this process. In such a social environment, the heroine can survive, and finally stand up and speak for women and make circumcision disappear.
