While watching the film, several episodes made me think if the plumber didn't "get into trouble", wouldn't everything still be normal? When the director of housing management shouted to the plumber when he was dying, when the plumber separated from his wife, and at the moment when he was beaten by the citizens, the plumber's words echoed in his ears: The reason why we live like animals and die like animals is because We are indifferent to each other and those around us.
At the end of the story, the building will collapse, the government and the public will conflict, and the plumbing union will die, but it is precisely because of such an upright screw that the entire corrupt foundation is shaken, and the people living like ants begin to think and wake up.
