Takamachi is a densely populated, medium-sized industrial city out of step with the times. The sound of rumbling machines operating all day long is heard. Xiao Hei and Xiao Bai are people called "Cat Party", they can vacate at the top of the city and slide down into the deep space. Xiao Hei will use iron bars to crush adults he doesn't like, while Xiao Bai has his own Naive imagination of the world. Takamachi is a city with no future, until a company called "KIDDY KASTLE" came here and wanted to transform Takamachi into what they wanted, the bad boys knew that it was for their own lives and the city, but also for themselves.
