Taking advantage of the feeling that I just finished reading and writing, I felt inexplicable when I saw the male protagonist holding the little girl's hand at the end. Gao Xiaosong said in the wonderful story that it is normal for one person to dislike another person (in the sense of love). The male protagonist's love for the female protagonist in this movie makes me feel illogical. He knows that her coming is a conspiracy, and celebrating his birthday can also be understood as she is cheating his trust, so why does the male protagonist still like her? Because she is sexy? The character of the male protagonist is also inexplicable. He is kind? So why not call the police and design a better arrest plan, so that those people will be punished by reasonable laws. He felt guilty for killing himself, in fact, he knew the result before. The first half of the movie is really good, and the script is very touching. But I really can't appreciate the second half. What did the gang leader find him for? What's the point of this plot design? Prove that the male lead is lucky? If everyone died then I think it would make more sense, at least revealing the absurdity of fate.
The elements of warmth and healing in it are a bit too far-fetched. What this movie wants to promote is the rebirth of good people and good rewards? But because of the loopholes in the plot, it does not move people, it is sensational for sensationalism, and it ends for the end.
It could have made a good movie with the settings it started with, but it's a pity.
