It is indeed a masterpiece of suspense. The most exciting thing is the various "schemes" and various turning points in the second half. "End of the Tunnel" is really enjoyable to watch! I have watched several Spanish suspense films one after another, and I really like them all!

How does a paralyzed man deal with a vicious bank robber? What kind of background do sexy girls and autistic daughters have? Who is behind the bank robbery? How will the film end?

Questions like these are tightly gripping and form the main storyline of "End of the Tunnel", attracting audiences to look for answers. The film handles the suspense design well. Although the rhythm in the first half is relatively slow, in the second half, the sense of suspense and tension gradually strengthens, and the dramatic conflict in the last 20 minutes is even more intense, and the rhythm is accelerated, making the film watch greatly enhanced.

For detail control, some small details laid out in the film can probably inspire a lot of fun. The collar on the dog's neck, the girl who is autistic and silent, the water pipe buried in the ground, the cigarette that the male protagonist keeps lit, and so on, all play an important role in the development of the drama.

The most exciting thing for the audience should be watching the coup used by the paralyzed male protagonist to fight against the robbers. Crawling through the tunnel a few times created a strong sense of tension, and finally, the improvisation in the face of danger brought a sense of euphoria.

In fact, killing the robbers is not the most important thing, nor is it the most important thing to get the money. The most important thing is the emotion of the male protagonist Joaquin towards his former family. The reason why he changed at the end was actually his nostalgia for his family and his hard work towards the lost happiness.

Therefore, "End of the Tunnel" is not limited to simply telling a wonderful suspenseful story, but expresses the value of self-salvation and hope.

6 points. The overall procrastination is long, and many settings and foreshadowing are somewhat clichéd. The rhythm of some scenes can be controlled. The lighting is good, and the filming of such a somewhat depressive space is very layered. The story is too far-fetched. Although the ending is a bit silly, it is still interesting. The design of the dog collar, but the relationship between men and girls is not well-formed, and the relationship with women is also slightly insufficient. It can be seen that the production is relatively large, and the storytelling is smooth but lacks wonderful details.

At the End of the Tunnel quotes

  • Galereto: When someone tells a lie, they have to tell at least two more to cover it up. And then four more to cover those two. Eventually, you reach a point where you don't even know how it started.

  • Galereto: You only have two options. You're in a narrow corridor with two doors. The first door is the one you've chosen so far: Play dumb and stall to see if that saves you. But that door leads to the worst death you can imagine. Extremely painful. You'll watch us hurt you, chop you to pieces, break your bones, take out your teeth, all very slowly, with blood everywhere. It will surprise you how much your body can take before you die. The second dooris the smartest option: You talk, tell me everything you know, and you die quickly, without even realizing. It's up to you. Which door will you choose?
