It was like a dream, and I was still very moved after waking up.

A small interpretation of the ending of the movie is purely personal opinion. The following contains spoilers

At the end, the old man did not pick up the scarf, and saw the vision of the young girl, and said: "Checkout!"

Many people say that the old man may fall in love with the young girl, I don't think so, he just loves the good old days and himself who fell in love with his wife at first sight in the good times.

The old man may be immersed in the dream woven by himself and his wife. Seeing the young girl means that the old man understands that this is a dream, and it is all fake. Saying "check out" means "it's time to return to reality". Scarf, my personal interpretation is that although I am very moved, I still can't go back. I can't predict whether the old man and his wife will get back together, but everything can't go back to the original. What about picking up the scarf?

It was like a dream, and I was still very moved after waking up.
