"Wicked Girl" is a new film, an action film, produced by the production team of "Train to Busan". The audience gave four minutes of applause and cheers after the screening of the "Midnight Screening" section in Cannes this year.
Obviously, the 4 minutes of applause and cheers were for the footage of the film. From the start, the film is a jaw-dropping action scene. From shooting like "Speedy Attack" to fighting and martial arts like "The Bourne" and "Kill Bill," not to mention how difficult the action design is, but it is the use of the camera that is truly a blockbuster, at least in my opinion, as I have never seen such an action camera before.
The first is a POV shot, which has been used to the extreme in "Hardcore Henry". I thought it was almost like this. I didn't expect it to be converted into an extremely weird wandering shot. For the "ghost shot", the most classic "ghost shot" should be Gaspar Noe's "Enter the Void". So in this 7-minute fierce fight, POV shot/ghost shot/God shot, the three shots are organically integrated, which is really quite enjoyable. Then the end of the film comes again like this. For this film, the first and last two paragraphs are actually enough.
