A Kamakura life diary that blends the Showa era into Heisei!

While writing the text, the soundtrack of the movie has been looping. There are almost no ups and downs in each song, just a little brisk when happy, and a little more gentle when melancholy. Just like this movie, shallowly, it uses Kamakura's extremely beautiful four seasons to hand in a heart-wrenching diary.

I know who Hirokazu Kore-eda is, and I know about "Nobody Knows", "Miracle", "Walk Around", "Like Father Like Son", but this is indeed my first film to watch as a director. If it weren't for the protagonists, this might still be a movie I know but haven't seen.

Kamakura, a small town in Kanagawa, has a population of less than 200,000. The three sisters live in their grandmother's ancestral home. Until the half-sister shows up. Without the artificial contradictions and rifts that have occurred in such films in the past. The four sisters still lived peacefully under the eaves of the old house, beside the plum tree, and on the side edge, even a little dull life. After all, the name of the movie tells you that this is a diary, not a story.

A lot of people say that the movie brings to mind Little Forest. Personally I think it's a little different. The healing power of the small forest and the admiration for nature are not emphasized in Haijie Diary. Although it was Hirokazu Kore-eda who agreed to the original author of the manga, Yoshida Akisheng, to show the four seasons of Kamakura. But unlike Komori's four seasons, Kamakura's four seasons are silently manifested from the protagonist's body. Seasons are meaningful because of human life and perception. The movie Haijie reminds me of last year's Japanese drama "Young People". They are all brothers and sisters without parents, they are all the details of life under the old house, there is a boss who is responsible, and there is a second child who seems to be rebellious but understands the world the most. But Haijie obviously doesn't emphasize conflict and drama, it just sets up their own sentiments and dispositions for each of the four sisters, and then just let them go with the flow and chat with each other.

In terms of image processing, it is said that Haijie Diary is so beautiful. In fact, for those who have watched many Japanese TV dramas, the images of this movie are not overly beautified. Is it Hirokazu Kore-eda who controls the so-called so-called delicate, minimal and gorgeous. There is no such iconic tatami seat as Ozu. I just lowered the rhythm, smoothed the movement of the mirror, and added the unique temperament of Kamakura.

I understand why more and more people are starting to see Hirokazu Kore-eda as a national director. Because his simple life temperament, universal life values and plain image style carry too many people's true longing for life. I dare not say that compared with Ozu, compared with Yamada Yoji, Hirokazu Koreeda in Haijie's diary is more gentle. Although the life in Yamada Yoji's guide tube is ordinary, it still shows perseverance and difficulty, showing the hardships of the Showa era, and then extracting a slightly higher temperature than life from this hardship, giving people a little warmth. But in the sea street, it is Hirokazu Kore-eda who integrated the Showa era into the Heisei era, and mixed it with a unique and longing view of life. It is certainly a good thing to have such a national director. In fact, this is not a life image that the entire East Asian society is accustomed to and can readily accept.

Finally, let's talk about actors. Let Ayase Haruka and Ma Jiang appear in a movie, in fact, I have been looking forward to it for many years. They each acted in "World Love". It wasn't until they were both old enough to live under the same roof in such a valuable movie. Just like the co-starring of husband and wife Mu Cong and Ying Tai in "Young People". Ayase Haruka's good character makes her basically play herself. In the film, Ms. Kazuki Jun, who has worked with her many times, sighed that every time she saw Ayase Haruka, she cared about each other very kindly. This kind of character is rare among the current first-line actors. Ayase Haruka is not a kind of excellent acting, but through years of perseverance, she has discovered the most important sincerity of an actor. At the age of 30, Hiroshima girl finally let people see the beauty of this age. Needless to say, Ma Jiang has been breaking through her own boundaries in the past few years, but like Haruka Ayase, she did so in order to break through as an actress, and when she was nearly 30 years old, she became more and more calm. But that invincible healing smile is still overflowing inadvertently. Xia Fan, who I haven't seen for a long time, is not as stunning as a child star, but more sassy, Hirose Sisi, has a unique temperament, and can become a great tool. Although I think it looks like Jun Matsumoto...

A good movie, it slows down time and gives a sense of life, although it seems to say nothing, but it is really imprinted in the time, knowing the warmth and warmth, the shade appropriate.
